END OF NAVIGATION ON WENDOVER ARM Posted by Hello

A DAY AT MARSWORTH Posted by Hello

DAY AT MARSWORTH

Had a very pleasant day with my friend SUE today. We started at marsworth watching a dozen or so carp feeding on the surface outside the White Lion at bridge 132. We then walked along the towpath to bridge 133 and had lunch in the Grand Junction Arms. We then decided to walk along the Wendover Arm. A lot of restoration work has been achieved by the Wendover Arm Trust and hopefully they will go on to restore navigation to wendover.
